My
Story
In September
1995, I had a kidney transplant donated from my Mother. In
order to keep the kidney working, I have been taking some
pretty powerful medications. One of them is called Prednisone
which is a prescription steroid. This medicine is vital to
the health of my new kidney however it has some pretty powerful
side effects. One of them is called Avascular Necrosis which
causes lack of blood flow to the hip joints and bones causing
hip pain and decrease in hip flexibility.
Over the
years, I have discovered over the counter remedies and exercises
to help alleviate the hip pain, and live a healthy active
life. I am an avid walker, biker, and weightlifter. I have
1 full time job and a part-time job at a bookstore where I
am on my feet constantly.
In this
eBook, I provide you with the same exact solutions I have
discovered that has worked for me for over 14 years.
However,
I urge you to visit your Medical Doctor and a Physical Therapist
to get advice and clearance to perform these solutions.
